The National Capital Region Tamil Association (NCRTA) will be holding
its 2007 Annual General Meeting in the afternoon of Saturday, October 20th 2007.

Election will be held for all the 15 executive postions on the NCRTA
board for a 2 year term. As stipulated by the constitution none of the
current NCRTA executive can run for the same position currently held in
the next election.
Following are the NCRTA board executive positions:
President
Vice-President
Secretary
Assistant-Secretary
Treasurer
Cultural Coordinator
Youth Coordinator
Sports Coordinator
3 Area Coordinators (Ottawa-Nepean, Ottawa West, Ottawa-Centre)
4 Executives-at-large
Any NCRTA member, meeting the requirements as set by the constitution,
can run for any of the board position and vote in the election. If you
are member in good standing and would like to run for the 2007-2009
