Schedule: 8th Annual Sports Tournament - 2013

Following activities are slated for Eighth Annual Sports Tournament to be held on Saturday June 22nd 2013 and Sunday June 23rd 2013 in Barrhaven.

We are accepting entries for various sports events given below. Please note that the last day for team registration is June 14, 2013. A maximum of 8 teams will be accepted for Adult Cricket, Volleyball and Soccer events. Registration will be accepted on first come first served basis. Register your team early to avoid disappointment.

Activities:

Activities of Day #1: Saturday, June 22, 2013 at South Nepean Park

9:00 am - Kids Cricket starts
9:00 am - Adults volley ball starts

NOON - 1:00 pm - LUNCH

1:00 pm - Track and Field starts
- Girls 100 meters
2:00 pm - Girls 800m Relay
3:00 pm - Boys 100 M
4:00 pm - Boys 800 M relay
1:30 pm - Adult Cricket starts

7:00 pm - DINNER

10:00 pm - Cricket Final

Activities of Day #2: Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Clarke Fields Park

9:00 am - Adult Volleyball (Semifinals and Final - Reserve Day)
9:00 am - Adult Cricket (Semifinals and Final - Reserve Day)
10:00 am - Women sport
10:00 am - Kids Soccer
11:00 am - Pre-school (target hitting and free kick)

NOON - 1:00 pm - LUNCH

2:00 pm - 40+ Soccer
3:00 pm - Seniors event
4:00 pm - Slow biking
6:00 pm - PRESENTATION Ceremony
