Due to the escalating violence against our people in the Vanni region, the NCRTA board has decided to cancel the winter event that was planned to be held on February 14th. We will focus our efforts on bringing attention to the plight of the affected civilians in Vanni.

Those of you who had purchased tickets to the event can get a refund by contacting one of our volunteers.

Same as previous years, there will be an opportunity for commercial organizations and entrepreneurs to promote their products and services at the NCRTA Third Annual Indoor Winter Picnic for a nominal cost. You can chose the following options.

Option A: CDN $50

Business advertisement information will be displayed on event_flyer, program_list and poster for this winter picnic
Business may also place its flyers at the winter picnic flyer table.
Business information will be included in the "NCRTA Business Electronic Phone Book " of the NCRTA website (a $10 value).

Option B: CDN $100

Business will be able to display a banner on the "side wall" at the venue.

Option C: Bidding starts at CDN $200

In addition to Option A features ...
A large banner provided by the business will be displayed on the "main stage".
The banner will be chosen based on a bidding process.
The starting bid is CDN $200.
The winning business will also be featured "prominently" on the printed material.
In addition, business may get a table to promote the business or products at the venue by paying an extra CDN $50.

No business will be allowed to sell its items at the venue. Only the promotion is allowed.
NCRTA reserves the rights
- to accept or decline an advertisement or banner.
- to limit or edit any information asked to be placed on its printed materials.
- to decide on the expiry date of an information on its "Electronic Phone Book".
