Dear Advertisers and community members,
The National Capital Region Tamil Association (NCRTA) is planning on hosting
several exciting events in 2014. There are several opportunities and options
for our advertisers to promote their businesses during our events.
Option A: Title Sponsor of an
Event
A
Business can be the title sponsor
of one of Winter
picnic (March), Sports event (June) or Youth appreciation Night
(September).
Please contact Thanushian at
Tpathmal@gmail.com to discuss the
details of this option. Make sure to include a phone number where you
may be reached.
Option B: Advertise on the NCRTA Handbook that will be distributed
at the events mentioned above

This option includes the following
features:

The business will be listed in the
NCRTA Electronic Phonebook for an year

The business will be included in the
slideshow during the event if applicable

Business cards, brochures and flyers
may be displayed in the designated area
Businesses that choose the $300 or greater
option will be eligible for the following additional features:

The business owner or representative,
if present, will be introduced to the audience during the event
-
The business banner may be displayed
at the event (limited to 6 businesses on a first come first served
basis during indoor events).
Note: Businesses that purchase and
advertisement of less than $300 may display their banner for an
additional $150.
Option C: Setup a booth at the event to promote a
business:
$150
Option D: Prizes for raffles during events.
- Businesses can donate prize items
(minimum value of $25) for the raffle.
- The business owner or representative
will be given the option of giving away the prize during the draw.
In addition, any business wishing to
distribute flyers without advertising in the booklet may do so for a cost of
$25 per event.
Please note that the deadline for submitting advertisements on our booklet is February 15, 2014.
