Dear Valued Sponsors and Ardent Supporters of NCRTA,

As many of you may already be aware, around 20 of our youngsters have done us proud by entering a university or college to further their studies. To recognize and celebrate their achievements the National Capital Region Tamil Association (NCRTA) is planning on having a "Youth Recognition and Appreciation Night" on January 21, 2012. This will be a dinner dance at the Rinag Banquet Hall, 88 Jamie Avenue in Ottawa. The tickets for the event will be $35 per person to cover the cost. The ticket will cover the cost of the venue, dinner and music. The hall will accommodate a maximum of 150 people.

NCRTA is looking to you, our valued sponsors and ardent supporters, to be able to cover the entrance cost for these youngsters and the cost of a token gift of appreciation as encouragement for future successes.

To this effect, NCRTA has come up with the following sponsorship scheme for your kind consideration:

1. Advertise in the Slide show at the beginning of the event and during dinner plus periodic announcements by MC/DJ Sponsors to provide an advertisement in JPEG format for NCRTA to create the slide show.
   Cost: $50

   Item 1 plus business cards / brochures / displayed at entrance / introduce them to the audience during honouring the kids / periodic announcements by MC/DJ Sponsors to provide business cards/Brochures/Display stand with poster.

   Cost: $150

   Item 2 plus inclusion of advertisement at the bottom of all appropriate NCRTA emails to public sponsors of the event from now till end of January. Sponsors have to provide Business Cards/Brochures/Display stand with poster.

   Cost: $200+

All sponsors are asked to kindly buy the entrance ticket to the dinner dance.
