Brother of late Selvaratnam, Thayavathy, late Pathmanathan and Pathmavathy;

Father of Mrs. Thayanithy Ramdev (Toronto) and Dr. Thayananthan Thayaparan (Ottawa);

Father-in-law of Mr. Ramdev and Mrs. Yasothai;

Grandfather of Devika, Rashika, Chayyon, Maayon and Satyan.
