A3: NCRTA is doing all that is possible to keep the integrity of the information of it Electronic Phone Book.
An information in the NCRTA Electronic Phone Book became inactive due to the following possible reasons:
- Business did not advertise with NCRTA twice in a row.
- Business did not renew their online ePhoneBook subscription.
- Business is no longer providing services.
- Business owner notified that s/he is out of business.
Any information tagged as inactive for more than two years will be removed permanently from NCRTA ePhoneBook to keep the integrity of the NCRTA Electronic Phone Book.
If you do not wish to provide advertisement on a yearly NCRTA event but would like to keep the online ePhoneBook entry active, you may do so by paying a two year subscription of $10. You may qualify for a $10 discount on the next yearly advertisement in this case.
