One of the key objectives of NCRTA is to recognize the significance of social issues that affect the Ottawa Tamil community. This year NCRTA has partnered with Canadian Blood Services to hold it's first ever blood donation campaign through our Adopt a Clinic event on Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 9am to 1pm.
