Welcome to the NCRTA Adult Sports Event Registration Form!

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the  NCRTA Ottawa Kondattam sports events, where athletes and sports enthusiasts come together to compete, have fun, and celebrate the spirit of sportsmanship. Please carefully fill out this registration form to ensure your spot in the event.

Event Details:

• Date: July 27th, 2024
• Location: Clarke Fields Park, Barrhaven, 93 Houlahan St, Nepean, ON K2J 3Y7

Participation Requirements:

• Open to adults aged 16 and above.
• Participants must agree to the event’s terms and conditions.
• Registration fee: [$100 per team for Volleyball Teams | $150 per team for Soccer Teams]
• Payable by e-transfer to finance@ncrta.ca 

Important Notes:

• Registration closes on July 25th, 2024.
• Please ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Participants will receive a confirmation email with further details upon successful registration.
